Garry Tan smiles at the camera on the right side of the frame against a warm, orange-toned background. Large white and orange text blocks on the left introduce 'GStack' as the core topic. The Y Combinator logo is placed in the top corner to signal high-level credibility.

Hi, I'm Gary, president and CEO of Y Combinator. I'm also an engineer who spent the first decade of my career building software full-time... then was employee number 10 at Palunteer... I co-founded Posterous... Basically, I've written a lot of code in my career, and I'm here to tell you we are in a completely new era of building software, the agent era. I built GStack to encode this 3 weeks ago and now it has more GitHub stars than Ruby on Rails. I've coded more in the past two months than I did in all of 2013... I've essentially built all of my startup Posterus, which took 2 years, $10 million, and 10 engineers to build.

Why this structure worksA cooking channel could use this by listing their Michelin credentials (Authority), announcing the 'Air Fryer Revolution' (Paradigm), mentioning their viral recipe (Social Proof), and showing how they made a 5-hour roast in 20 minutes (Impossible Benchmark). A gaming channel could list their pro-tournament wins, announce the 'New Meta', mention their record-breaking speedrun, and show how they cleared a dungeon solo that usually takes a 10-man guild.
