MILK BREW // An interesting and very accessible brewing method that I first ran into through @koffee_mameya_kakeru Feels like I’ve been seeing it a lot lately so here’s my typical recipe plus a few tips. Also, don’t actually put milk in your kettle. -Paper filtering takes a while but you can also do with this with a cold brew bag, metal filter, etc. There isn’t really a wrong way to filter it as long as you’re removing the grounds ultimately. -There are a billion ways to make milk brew, from changing ratios to brew time to the coffee. Mess around with it and find what you like. -You can use any coffee in it but different profiles will yield very different results. -A few other folks you can check out if you want to see more milk brew videos: @andsercoffee @alexhomebarista @created2coffee @salonirkukreja

Visual hook

Process close-up
How the visuals workThe visuals directly illustrate the narration: milk is poured over coffee grounds, the brew is shown after steeping, the mixture is filtered, and the finished drink is poured over ice. On-screen captions reinforce the hook and key steps while the host demonstrates the process and describes the flavor.
