Verbal hook

As said out loud
Exercises like that work many muscles on your back that help you reverse out of those poor posture positions.
Exercises like that work many muscles on your back that help you reverse out of those poor posture positions. Here's one such routine that you can follow as well that I gave three time Olympian Mira Bhayandar from India in the past towards the rhomboids in the mid trap. She starts off with a slight lateral raise 10 to 15 reps for a 3-second pause up top. Then to work the external rotators of the rotator cuff in the low trap to posteriorly tip the scapula, she lifts the hands into external rotation and after will lift the whole arm up in this L position. Again, holding this top position which is crucial for stability for 3 seconds. Lastly, she's going to make big arching circles all the way over her head. Don't let the hands hit the ground and all the muscles of your back that control your shoulder blade and your shoulder joint are going to be working really hard. Palms are up most of the way, but as you get closer to your hips, you can flip the arms and have your palms now pointed up towards the sky.
