We're gonna talk about the brain today. You guys like the brain? You will after today.
We're gonna talk about the brain today. You guys like the brain? You will after today. Okay. I have a company called MyBody. This is something that I wish I learned at your age. You guys are like, 14, 15 freshmen, right? You guys have, like, the most malleable brain. Your brain is learning everything right now. So the way that you speak to yourself and what you do right now plays such an important role in who you become. Everything you sell yourself right now, your brain is coding, kind of like a video game. Everything that you say, everything you repeat, really part of who you become. So I hope by the end of this, you just be a little bit more aware of your brain and the way that you talk to yourself. Neuroplasticity. It just means that you can become absolutely anything that you guys want to be right now. Moving last year, beach one to two goals that you have for yourself. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. Program it. It's like a tunnel getting stronger and stronger every time you visualize something. So a breath work that I do with my clients is called BAMO. It stands for breathe and move on, 2, 3, 4.
