If you have three potatoes at home. Well, these ones do. Don't just boil them the usual way.
If you have three potatoes at home. Well, these ones do. Don't just boil them the usual way. Turn them into this quick and delicious snack. Why do I get the feeling this is one of those viral recipes that never works? First, cook three large potatoes until soft. They really should have provided amusement options for this part. Then drain and peel them. For those of you who aren't psychos, you can peel the potatoes before you boil them. Mash them well into a smooth puree. Getting more exciting. Now add 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Thankfully, I'm good at melting butter by mistake. And five tablespoons of flour and mix until it forms a soft dough. I don't trust this, but I'm doing it anyway. Grease some plastic wrap with a little oil. I guess we're wearing gloves for this next bit. Place a portion of the dough on it and flatten it into a round shape. Add grated cheese, shredded chicken, or even ground beef as a filling. I'm using cheese and chorizo because. Well, I don't need to give an explanation. Then fold it over and seal carefully using the wrap so it doesn't break. This is weird, but it appears to be working. Fry each piece until golden on both sides. I'd prefer my eyes not to get singed by spitting oil, so I'm using my air fryer instead. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Just like the perfect lover. And now, the moment of truth. And so tasty. You won't believe it's made with just potatoes and butter and flour and oil and cheese and chorizo. But y. Yeah. Okay, get ready for everyone to ask for more. That was 712,000 degrees. That's actually delicious. Which is why I'm about to eat the second one. I've put the full calories and macros of my version in the caption. Crispy. I'm glad this turned out so well. I'm going to rate this 9.3 out of 10. One last shot. Oh, my God. That thing's still about 9 million degrees, so I'm revising my rating to 8.1 purely for safety reasons.
