Pressure washing solid 20k potential. Beginner friendly, easy to start, easy to clients. Easy to scale. Landscaping. This one tops out about 5k a month for most people. It's highly saturated. You're constantly getting under bid and you're at the mercy of seasons. House cleaning. You can get to 5k a month, maybe 10k month if you systematize it. But the competition is fierce and the margins are thin. Junk removal. This one can hit 10k months easily. It's in high demand. It's an easy service, easy to get jobs. The only barrier is a truck and trailer. So once you get that, you're golden. Car detailing. This is another one that can easily hit 10k a month. Especially if you go luxury with low startup costs. Having the opportunity to do recurring service plans and everyone having a car. You do this one right and you get really specific about who you serve, you can scale the hell out of this one. Dog poop removal yeah. Now this is a zero for me. I'm not going to explain this one. On to the next window cleaning easy 20k a month potential here. Low overhead. Really easy to scale. This with a pretty small team and most of the competition is pretty unprofessional. Wallpaper Insulation. This is a 50k a month potential. I know that because I hit that in my business last month. Easily the most unsaturated niche within all of home services. The jobs are high ticket, the clients are premium and if you know how to market yourself, there really is almost no competition. The only downside of this one is the trade does take time to learn, but once you get over that, the ceiling is gone. Now if you want the full breakdown of how I was able to do 50k in my business last month, comment. 50k. I'll send it right over to you.
