The hook — as said out loud
How much do you pay for it in Chicago? 2700. Can I have a tour of your apartment?
The script — as said out loud
How much do you pay for it in Chicago? 2700. Can I have a 12 year apartment? Yeah, for sure. So here we have a little bit of shoe wall here. Not too many to some of my favorites that I have here that concord over the years. Of course you got to have nice lowy 85 inch TV for the games system. My editing, my work. Spent a lot of hours here creating content, just doing work, paying bills. Of course, being an adult right down here, I thrifted these suitcases. Thought they're pretty dope. Kind of made like a decor piece. Anytime I have guests over. Got to take a complimentary shot when you come in. This is all original from late 80s, early 90s. So I just want to bring out some of the color by using like the green. Trying to add some decor. Keep it very minimal, very simple. A little coffee fan. This is my Starbucks right here. So like I said, super simple espresso breakfast area. I like to make sure I try to start my morning like very slow. Be thankful and kind of be your presence where you are right now. I get my length Armstrong in every morning. Can't believe that. Where you don't have to believe it. But here, this is I think one of the best pieces for decor in my specific space. Love the vinyl. Some of my favorite artists that I have. It's very hard to of course pick these vinyls, but these are kind of like my favorite. So we got Drake and just Michael Jackson. I remember this from the 2000s. I listened to that when I was a kid. Probably shouldn't have, but I did down here. Who has like a little snapshot into my life right here. Just kept the bedroom very simple. Once again, thrifted suitcases down here using for a nightstand. Huge king size bed here we have of course toilet rack with some of my favorite jackets, Goyard bag, luggage, orange clock on the brick wall to kind of help accent that. And then just kept it super simple here. Bathroom, pretty buoy. Oh, y' all seen bathroom before? Double sink. Only use this one because it is what it is. So they come flowing in here. I have a lot of clothes and this is after I downsize. So we're still kind of going through it. We got more shoes, we have glasses here, colognes, accessories, hats. And then come on flowing in here. It's like another centerpiece for me. So we have my coffee tables, we have of course controllers. Have a little chimney right here for my sage, for my incense. I'm gonna take the war creative piece here. These right here are the coasters. That I made from actual dominoes, so. So I took time to actually glue those, put those together. Then it has, like, some vintage magazines here. Other than that, I like to keep it very simple, sleek or collective.
