The script — as said out loud
Top three Disgustingly Easy Memory Maxing tips. You don't have a bad memory, you're just bad at remembering. I have a 4.0 at UCLA and work three jobs and if you follow these your memory will be moving like Mike Ross from Suits. Oh, I'm not going to promo an AI tool. These are niche science based tips. But if you don't do number three, don't bother. Spaced repetition. Study something today, then tomorrow and three days from now. Your brain only remembers what it sees repeatedly over time. Cramming will never work. Retrieve, don't review. If you just read notes, you're training recognition but not memory. Close your notes and force yourself to recall. Every time that you struggle, you're that much closer to to remembering sleep. Sleep is not optional. This is literally where your brain consolidates memory. It doesn't matter what you do, if you don't sleep enough, you won't Remember. Get that REM and 8 hours minimum every night. If you want my full 4.0 playbook, just comment, study and I'll send it to you.
