Hi, I'm Katherine, director of product development at M and S.
Hi, I'm Katherine, director of product development at M and S. I work with 80amazing foodies made up of product development chefs and then the trend team, who track trends all over the world. So I've worked for Marks and Spencer's since 1995. My first job was in groceries and bakery as a product developer. And one of the first products I ever launched was Teletubby toast made with croissant dough. And then we piped the face with the same dough that makes the cross on a hot cross bun, and they went wild. That was quickly followed by our count on US Range, which is still around today. So a range of products with calorie counted and under 3% fat. We launched that back in the day with Rosemary Conley, and it's still around today. Welcome to my social media journey. I cannot wait to show you some of the hidden gems in the food hall.
