The script — as said out loud
Part six of trying restaurants I wasn't allowed to eat as a child. Today we're trying a slightly controversial restaurant, which is Arby's. I feel like people either absolutely love Arby's or absolutely hate it. And today we're gonna see which side I land on. And I actually did my research this time before ordering, so let's just get into it. I saw rave reviews about their mozzarella sticks, so I obviously had to try them. And these did not disappoint. They were piping hot, so cheesy. And they are now my second favorite fast food mozzarella sticks. But someone told me to dip these in the bronco berry sauce, and I would honestly not recommend. We all know you can't come to Arby's without getting the curly fries, and I really like these, but they weren't as curly as I was expecting. They were very well seasoned and very crisp. Now we have the menu item that I actually came for, which is their famous beef and cheddar. When I think of Arby's, I think of this sandwich. So it was a must try. I'm not gonna lie. When I unwrapped the sandwich, I was a little bit spooked by the meat. But after my first bite, the meat was actually super fresh, and the cheese sauce was complementing it very well. With each bite, I liked it more and more. And I don't know why I ever doubted Arby's, because, after all, they do have the meat. I really wanted to try a less known menu item as well. So I landed on the ranch turkey and bacon sandwich. And, you guys, we need a moment of silence for how fresh and stunning this sandwich was. I was absolutely floored. The turkey was so incredibly fresh, like it had just been sliced. The bread, veggies, and peppercorn sauce were del delicious. I had absolutely no complaints about this sandwich, and I would choose this over, like, a Jimmy John's. I'm well aware skipping dessert is a diabolical move, but everything was so filling, I was actually stuck. And I am here to tell you that Arby's is wildly underrated. Like, I'm mad I didn't come here sooner, so comment where you want me to try next?
