Two men's faces are shown from the neck up, with one side of each face completely hidden in darkness. Large, bold white text is centered between them, listing the show name, guest, and episode number. The background is solid black, making the lit portions of the faces and the text pop sharply.

Yeah, you're on the road a lot now, huh? ... Oklahoma even this morning... Dallas... Houston... a lot of traveling. Um, so I got a question for you. I've been thinking about questions to ask myself every day to kind of keep my ass in line, make me a better person. I got off social media about a week week and a half ago... I was scared to death to get off of it because I'm like how am I going to know what's going on in the world? I was like, dude, I can't be present with my kids. Like I'm making mistakes. Why this structure worksA gamer could use this to talk about quitting a toxic game to focus on their family, while a chef could use it to talk about stopping the use of modern appliances to learn traditional fire-cooking. Both use the structure of: Busy Activity -> Philosophical Question -> Radical Action -> The Reason Why.
