The script — as said out loud
Matt Murdock is selling his home. And contrary to popular belief, it's not in Hell's Kitchen, it's in Williamsburg. Now, this is by all definitions, a true love. And the amount of natural light that comes in from these western and northern exposures is absurd. Not many homes can get away with making these dark interiors, but this one can. It definitely helps when you have 18 foot ceilings. Now, this home has been meticulously restored while still holding the original character. I'm telling you, H Vac, electrical, plumbing, mechanical everything was replaced in 2022. It was a full renovation. Now, one of the best parts about this home has to be the monthlies. Including both the common charges and your real estate taxes. Your monthly payment is just under 2450. Now, it is currently configured as a one bedroom, but let's be honest, this is a huge space. You could easily add one or maybe even two more bedrooms, and it's all yours for just under four. So what do you guys think?
