Why I Stopped Slicking My Edges

But seriously, okay, look, this is what my edges look like when I'm wearing a silk press. I don't do much to them. I flat iron them, yes, but I don't take the hot comb to them. I'm not gelling them down, I'm not slicking them or nothing. You want to know why? Cuz I'm black. That's how my edges look. And they have actually told me. Yeah, told me talking to too many times. If you do all that crazy, we're out of here. They've left several times before and I've had to go fight through hell and hot water to get them to come back. So now that they're back and they're here, I leave them be. Cuz half the time look, the hair be down here anyway so it don't even matter. You can't even really see it for real. Like what? You see that little piece? I don't care. I'm not doing all that to my edges, okay? This is our relationship. See our way out of it. I don't have the time for them things to be gone because then the next thing you're going to be saying is on bald head scally wag. That ain't got no edges. How do I look?
