The script — as said out loud
At the end of every month, I have a monthly meeting. You can steal my method. Here's how it goes. This month, I set a theme. Who gonna stop me? That was the theme because I was overthinking it when I need to be overdoing it. And I said, who's stopping you? Turns out me was stopping off, so we had to get her in check. Back to the meeting. We start off with some gratitude. Then we're gonna acknowledge the wins we had this month. Stop hop. Skipping over your accomplishments, hopscotching yourself into nothing but stress. Count them wins. Once we count the wins, then we can take a look at them challenges. Now, I separate them challenges into two categories. In my control and out of my control. Because I'm not gonna stress myself out about something. I cannot give it to God. That's his business, and he don't even like nosy people. And my favorite part of the meeting is my stop, start and continue. What do I need to stop doing? Because, very well, there could be some things I don't need to take into next month. But you can always remember to stop overthinking it and start overdoing it. Yes, ma'am. So figure out what you need to start in the next month, and then take note of what you need to continue. Okay. Because, of course, you're doing some things very well. Keep it up. I'm proud of you. And with this reflection in mind, I plan for next month. I'm not going to get into that right now, but the theme delusion. I'm looking forward to it.
